The Dragon 88 special edition becomes Aston Martin's weapon in the Beijing Motor Show.
In
celebrating the year of the dragon in the lunar calender, Aston Martin
present a special edition called the Dragon 88. This release from the
British automaker consists of the V8 Vantage S, Virage, and the DBS
Volante. According to Aston Martin, the Dragon 88 represents the
characters of the dragon, which is identical with luck, strength and
power.
The British automaker also provide each car in three colour choices. Representing the luck, wealth, status and prestige of the dragon is Champagne Gold, while Amethyst Red with shades for a more classy look represents intuition, protection, peace and wealth. Lastly, Volcano Red for the fire of the dragon.
Moreover, Aston Martin also complemented each car with a 24-carat gold Aston Martin logo, unique interior design, special material for the doortrims, and embroidered headrest. Unfortunately, there will only be 88 units of the special edition.
