Mazda picks Moscow, Russia for the premiere debut of Mazda6. The
latest generation of Mazda6 will make its way to the Moscow Motor Show
2012.
The 2014 model will soon enter the US market early next year, adopting 'Kodo' design language just like Mazda CX5 and Mazda5. The new Mazda6 will also uses Skyactiv technology like the other new products from Mazda.
Mazda6 is equipped with i-ELOOP feature and brake energy regeneration system with capacitor to store more power. It becomes faster and more comfortable to drive in stop and go driving, moreover with a lighter weight on its capacitor.
For its European specification, Mazda6 is relying on a 2.000 cc Skyactiv-G with Skyactiv Drive 6-speed automatic transmission. However there are many sources revealed that the North American version of Mazda6 will bear a 2.500 cc engine with two new engine options; hybrid and diesel.
Quoting a statement from motorauthority.com, they expect that Mazda6 can shake the ground of mid-size sedan market since it offers luxury, comfort as well as a responsive and swift driving sensation.
Until now there hasn't any detail about the difference between Mazda6 and its older relative. Probably a change in size will bound to happen. Let's wait for its debut in Moscow Motor Show on August 29th to September 9th 2012.
