Performance
Speaking about performance , the Mazda6 is equipped with the a 2.5L MZR 4 cylinder in line 16 valve DOHC Engine. Its manufacturer claims that engine excels at lower revs, or in layman's term, the Mazda6 sports on hell of an acceleration. Well not quite, but impressive nonetheless.
From the first pressure pedal, to the speed-up , the Mazda6 showed good power with smooth shifts of its automatic transmission. Unfortunately , at the upper revs, especially above 60km/h, the engine began to feel heavy.
Feautures like the S-VT (Sequential Valve Timing), VIS (Variable Intake System), and ETC (Electronic Throttle Control), assist the engine to adjust its performance according to the road conditions.
