Goodwood Festival of Speed will be held by this weekend and Mazda sees it as an opportunity to display a car that adopts racing concept. Their entry is the Mazda MX-5 GT it will tests its resilience in the southern track of Sussex, England as they have transformed this car into an aggressive roadster.

Racing character planted deep by Mazda unto the MX-5 with the installation of aero kit that comprises of new rear spoilerm front splitter and light rear diffuser made from carbon fibre.

Mazda MX-5 is definitely prove its worth bearing the GT initial through its engine specification that consists of a 4-cylinder 2.000 cc engine which later on combined with a 6-speed manual transmission that allows the MX-5 to muster 152 kW of power (bigger than its standard version which is only 118 kW).

Mazda England collaborated with Jota Sport in building this Mazda MX-5 GT and they also increased the handling by applying the newest suspension adjustment along with exhaust system which has been perfected.

Inside the Goodwood Festival of Speed arena, Mazda will also display a Taker concept which been dubbed as 'The next Mazda6'. This car also predicted to make its first debut in the Paris Motorshow, September 2012.
